Amrita is an Executive Leader with expertise in Strategy, Transformation and Finance, with a demonstrated record of delivering results focussed on business value.
Working in roles that enable strategic growth, transformation, mergers, business integration and corporate advisory services has enabled Amrita to understand commercial value drivers, identify and manage risks in implementing organisational change, enhance business intelligence, harness automation opportunities, implement strategic initiatives to support growth and streamline frameworks to deliver in a cost-constrained environment.
She holds a Masters degree in International Business, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
After a long tenure in consulting and corporate roles, Amrita’s career is now focused on supporting the for-purpose sector to create a sustainable positive impact for the wellbeing of the wider community.
She worked closely with the three CEOs and Boards to support the voluntary amalgamation that enabled the creation of Better Health Network in 2022.
